		Student Registration Form This form is to be filled out for each new or returning student. Academy policy requires a new form each year as the information is also used as Emergency Contact Information. Payment for the first month of classes along with a Family registration fee must accompany the submitted registration form. The family registration fee is $15 for new families and $10 for any family with one or more returning students.

		Master Class Schedule (updated: 10/16/09) Lists Class Titles by Studio, Day and Time. Identifies regular Instructor. Also includes general information about The Academy's Dress code and Tuition.

		Class Requirements Identifies required and optional classes for each class level up to and including Class Level III. Professional Level IV and V are in a separate document.

		Professional Class Requirements Identifies required and optional classes for the Professional class levels. (Professional Class Levels IV and V only.)

		Yearly Calendar This document identifies the major events scheduled throughout the school year. It also identifies the days that the Studio will be closed for classes. Additional detailed information on each event will be made available as the event's date approaches. This information will be on the Studio Bulletin Board in the main lobby and on our Websites as appropiate.
